Your Role:

• Support the Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP requirements in South Korea, including Medical Device guidelines
• Support the Quality Manager in implementing the defined Global Healthcare Operations strategy and monitoring the Quality Management System for continuous improvement
• Manage product release, documentation, metrics/trend reports for complaints and deviations, and provide assistance to field force with product complaint management
• As the registered pharmacist, managing the overall import of pharmaceutical drugs/products, including reviewing shipping documents and batch records
• Handle the customer complaints process, including investigation, documentation, and recording of complaints via the complaint database eQMS, and assist with adverse event and safety information reporting
• Assist with creating and maintaining Quality Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions, and preparing training presentations as needed
• Support audit and inspection management/preparation carried out by Health Authorities and corporate internal audits, and assist with risk management activities
• Work within company Standard Operating Procedures, industry guidelines, and apply company values and code of conduct in daily duties and activities
• Perform other functions and duties as assigned by the Quality Manager or your superior

Who You Are:

• Pharmacist license is a must
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• +3 years of QC/QA/Import/Export-related experience in Pharmaceutical industry preferable but not mandatory
• Understanding/Knowledge of GMP/GIP guidelines is highly preferred
• IT skill experience (ex. Excel, VBA, macros, automation program) preferrable
• Business Proficient in English
