<担当業務>

• 先端リソグラフィー材料の新規開発リーダー
• グローバルマーケティングおよびGPMと協力して、市場および顧客の要件の変化に対応して、R&Dの方向を決定し、チームメンバーのR&D作業を調整する
• 顧客のプロセスまたはアプリケーションを特定し、技術的な洞察より、顧客要求及び使用装置に応じたリソグラフィー プロセスを提案し、チームメンバーの実行を指導する
• 部門間の連携の調整により、技術的な問題解決やプロジェクトの進行を促進させる
• ICリソグラフィープロセスのアプリケーションを分析し、営業と協力して市場機会を把握し、主要なアカウントの製品チューニング プロセスを調整および管理し、POR ポジションを 確実に達成させる
• 営業と緊密に連携し、リスク管理し、顧客のニーズに合わせて既存製品のアップグレードの推進
• 主要な顧客の実務レベルと良好なコミュニケーションを確立し、良好な協力関係を維持する
• チームメンバーの DOE 設計と分析スキルを向上させ、顧客に優れた技術サービスを提供できるように指導する
• KPI をタイムリーに管理監督する

<必要なスキル、能力>

• 理系—特に化学、物理学、材料科学、電気・電子を専攻した学士以上の学位（必須）
• 5 年以上、化学系会社に勤めた経験（必須）。特に半導体リソグラフィ関連材料の開発作業に従事した経験を有する方が望ましい
• 優れたコーチングスキル、コミュニケーションスキル。​
• 高い日本語と英語でのコミュニケーション能力（海外と週２～３回英語会議あり。技術英語での顧客対応、社内グローバル会議対応ができるレベル）
• 優れたチームワーク精神と管理能力　（ピープルマネージメント経験必須。部下の人数不問）

Job Description

Position: KrF Resist Team Manager / Patterning R&D Shizuoka

Business Area/ Filed: Thick Film Resist Team, Patterning R&D, Japan

Work Location：Shizuoka, Japan

Reporting to: Manager of Photo Resist R&D

Direct report: 4 (forecast)

Key Individual Accountabilities：

• Lead a new KrF resist team to develop new advanced litho materials.
• Collaborate with global Marketing and GPM to determine the direction of R&D and adjust team members' R&D work in response to changes in market and customer requirements.
• Identify customer processes or applications, interpret technical insights, and translate material requirements to GPM/Global Applications/R&D/Sales.
• Handle technical issues or projects by coordinating cross-functions.
• Analyze applications of IC lithography processes to facilitate market opportunities in cooperation with Sales.
• Coordinate and manage the whole NBDs and product tuning processes for key accounts, ensuring the achievement of POR position and driving the upgrade of existing products for customer needs with a focus on risk management, collaborating closely with Sales.
• Establish good communication and maintain good cooperation with the working level of key customers.
• Lead team members to improve DOE design and analytical skills to provide excellent technical service to customers.
• Monitor KPIs in a timely manner.

Candidate Profile (Key Skills/Knowledge qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Chemical, Physics, Material Science, Electric & Electronics.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the chemical industry, and familiarity with related processes (mandatory). Particularly desirable to have experience in developing materials related to semiconductor lithography.
• People management experience is a must-have.
• Good coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good communication skills in both Japanese and English. (There will be meetings in English 2~3 times/week with customers or internal functions.)
• Strong team-work spirit and management skills.
