Job description for development engineer at R&D Patterning

 

 

Job title:

R&D Specialist

 

Job purpose:

This job is to develop a new material that is used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing process. Time conscious development is required.

 

Key responsibilities:

[Lab work]

  • Formulation of chemical sample
  • Chemical analysis of sample by ICP/OES, FTIR, Liquid particle counter and etc.

 

[Clean room work]

  • Film deposition using spin coater.
  • Film evaluation using defect inspection tool and other tools.

 

[Report and discussion]

  • To summarize experimental data and report them in team meeting and group meeting.
  • Review and technical discussion with other team members

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering
  • Strong interest in material development
  • English (e-mail read /write, presentation)
  • Honest communication with colleagues

仕事の目的:最先端の半導体製造工程で使用される新素材の開発業務です。

 

主な仕事内容:

 

[ラボ業務]

- 化学品サンプルの調製とその分析

 

[クリーンルーム作業]

- スピンコーターによる成膜

- 欠陥検査ツール等による膜評価。

 

[報告・考察]

- 実験データをまとめ、チームミーティングやグループミーティングで報告する。

- 他のチームメンバーとのレビューや技術的なディスカッション

 

応募資格等:

- 化学系・物理系学科の準学士以上

- 材料開発への興味

- 英語力(簡単な英語メールの読み書き)

- 同僚とのコミュニケーション
