Department: EL-FO-PRE Patterning R&D EUV Program
Reporting to: Manager, Patterning R&D EUV Program

Your Role:  

the R&D Specialist will work with a team of curious scientists providing advanced material solutions to the semiconductor industry. We are at the forefront of technology, working with all the leading semiconductor manufacturers to deliver integrated solutions to the most challenging problems. 

The specialist will be involved in the development of advanced photoresists and related materials for EUV lithography, supervised by a senior scientist. They will actively take part in technical discussions on material design and process development. They will also design and carry out experiments to support material development and optimization, as well as generate high-quality data packages to meet customers' needs.

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Chemistry, Material Science, or other related science and engineering disciplines.
• Experience in formulation development or chemical synthesis.
• Ability to analyze and summarize data in presentable formats.
• Ability to carry out own work with minimum supervision.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Background in Inorganic or Organometallic Chemistry.
• Skills in handling air/moisture-sensitive reagents are highly desirable.
• Highly motivated to work with a team and succeed, able to learn and adopt new concepts.
• Hands-on experience with molecular characterization tools (NMR, FT-IR, GPC, HPLC, GC etc).
• Experience in instrument for material characterization (SEM, AFM, XPS, XRR, DSC, TGA, TEM etc) is a plus.
• Experience in photoresists materials and processes.
• Familiar with cleanroom environment and equipment, such as clean track, dry etch, CD SEM, defect inspection.

• データを分析し、プレゼンテーション可能な形式でまとめる能力。
• 最小限の監督で自らの作業を進める能力。

• 無機または有機金属化学のバックグラウンド。
• 空気や湿気に敏感な試薬の取り扱いスキルが非常に望ましい。
• チームで働き、成功を収める意欲が高く、新しい概念を学び取り入れる能力。
• 分子特性評価ツール（NMR、FT-IR、GPC、HPLC、GCなど）の実地経験。
• 材料特性評価装置（SEM、AFM、XPS、XRR、DSC、TGA、TEMなど）の経験がプラス。
• フォトレジスト材料とプロセスの経験。
