役割：

 Merck Electronicsにおいて、R&Dスペシャリストは、好奇心旺盛な科学者のチームと共に半導体産業に先進的な材料のソリューションを提供します。私たちはテクノロジーの最前線において主要な半導体メーカーと協力し、最も困難な問題に統合ソリューションを提供しています。

スペシャリストは、シニアサイエンティストの監督の下、EUVリソグラフィのための先進的なフォトレジストおよび関連する材料の開発に携わります。彼らの役割には、材料設計とプロセス開発に関する技術的な議論に積極的に参加することが含まれます。また、材料の開発と最適化を支援するための実験の設計と実施、さらに顧客のニーズに応えるための高品質なデータパッケージの作成も行います。

応募要件：

• 化学、材料科学、またはその他の関連する科学および工学の分野で学士号または修士号を取得していること。
• フォーミュレーションの開発または化学合成の経験。
• データを分析し、提示可能な形で要約する能力。
• 最小限の監督下で自己の仕事を遂行できる能力。

望ましい資格：

• 無機化学または有機金属化学のバックグラウンド。
• 空気/湿気に敏感な試薬の取り扱いスキルが非常に望ましい。
• チームで働き成功することに高い意欲を持ち、新しい概念を学び取ることができる能力。
• 分子特性解析ツール（NMR、FT-IR、GPC、HPLC、GCなど）の実務経験。
• 材料の特性評価に関する装置の経験（SEM、AFM、XPS、XRR、DSC、TGA、TEMなど）はプラス。
• フォトレジスト材料およびプロセスの経験。
• クリーンルーム環境と装置（クリーントラック、ドライエッチ、CD SEM、欠陥検査など）に精通していること。
