R&D senior scientist 

R&D senior scientist

This job is to develop a new dielectric precursor that is mainly polysiloxane-based material and used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing process. Time conscious development is required.

Implementing material design based on customer requirement characteristics
Collaborating with the synthesis technology team to optimize material design
Evaluating the film performance of new synthetic products (and liquid analysis) and providing feedback for material and synthesis condition design
Exploring optimal film formation process conditions
Investigating prior and related technologies, as well as obtaining patents
Supporting customer introduction and application of new development products
Promoting scale-up and commercialization of new development products
Compiling progress and providing regular reports (e.g., team meetings)

Strong interest in new material development
A PhD in the field of chemistry or the Master's degree with a proven track record in R&D work
Experience in handling chemical materials
Positive attitude towards reading, writing, and conversing in English
Ability to promote work with a strong focus on safety
High time awareness and proactive behavior
Sense of value for mutual respect and emphasizing teamwork

半導体製品(ロジック、メモリー)の製造に用いる絶縁膜前駆体（主にポリシロキサン材料）の研究開発

<担当業務>
顧客要求特性を基にした材料設計
社内協働による材料設計の最適化
新規開発品の膜性能評価（および液分析）の実施、および材料、合成条件設計へのフィードバック提供
最適な成膜プロセス条件の探索
先行技術および関連技術の調査、ならびに特許取得
新規開発品の顧客導入およびアプリケーションサポート
新規開発品のスケールアップおよび製品化業務の推進
進捗の取りまとめと定期報告（チームミーティング等）

<必要なスキル、能力>
新材料開発に強い興味を持っている方
化学分野(高分子化学、材料化学、物理化学、生化学)での博士号、または修士号取得者で研究開発業務での実績のある方
化学材料の取り扱い経験がある方
英語の読み書きおよび会話に前向きな方
安全に配慮しながら業務を推進できる方
時間意識が高く、主体的に行動できる方
相互尊重とチームワークを重視できる方
