Reporting to:QC Manager

Responsibilities

• Managing overall inspections to ensure the stable quality of raw materials and products, participating in specific inspections, conducting statistical data analysis, resolving quality issues, and responding to internal and external audits.
• Leading investigations and implementing countermeasures in collaboration with related departments to address customer quality requirements.
• Managing equipment to improve inspection techniques and efficiency, developing long-term Capex plans, ensuring safety management, educating team members, and promoting digitalization.
• Engaging in technical collaboration between global sites, including the transfer of inspection technology, sharing best practices,　supporting scale-up and development of products at other sites, and scientific data analysis related to customer data and quality data with global teams.

• Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field, with knowledge in chemistry.
  • Proficiency in business-level English communication and writing skills is required, as interviews will be conducted in both Japanese and English.
  • High-level problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in quality control, chemical analysis, and experiments, with a strong capability to lead and collaborate with team members to solve problems and address team challenges.
     
• Preferable Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:
  • Practical experience in ICP-MS, NMR, IC, LC-MS, GC-MS, GPC.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Statistical Quality Control, SAP, LIMS.
  • Knowledge of QMS, EMS, OHSAS, BCMS.
  • Experience in the development of new analytical techniques, as well as the improvement and optimization of existing measurement techniques.

責任範囲

• 原料、製品の安定品質確保のための検査全般の理解と一部の検査担当、統計的データ解析、品質問題の解決、社内外の監査対応
• 顧客からの品質要求に対する関連部署と連携した調査、対策のチームリード
• 検査技術向上、効率化のための装置管理、長期Capex計画作成、安全管理、チーム員への教育、デジタル化の推進
• グローバルサイト間での技術連携への参画（検査技術移管、Best Practice Sharing、他サイトでのスケールアップや開発品のサポート、グローバルチームとの顧客データと品質データに関する科学的データ解析）

• 求める人材:
  • 理系学部の大卒以上の学歴、化学系の知識をお持ちの方
  • ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーションおよびライティングスキルが必要で、面接は日本語と英語の両方で行われます。
  • 高度な問題解決能力をお持ちの方。
  • 品質管理、化学分析、実験における実務経験が最低5年あり、問題解決やチームの課題に対処するためにチームメンバーと協力し、リードする能力が求められます。
     
• 望ましいスキル・知識・経験:
  • ICP-MS, NMR, IC, LC-MS, GC-MS, GPCの実務経験
  • Lean Six Sigma、統計的品質管理、SAP、LIMSに関する知識
  • QMS, EMS, OHSAS, BCMSに関する経験
  • 新しい分析技術の開発および既存の測定技術の改善と最適化に関する経験
