The Head of Commercial Marketing for our Science & Lab Solutions (SLS) Business is responsible to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market trends in Singapore. 

The role is based in Singapore, and reports to the Head of Commercial, SLS Singapore. 

Your Role: 

• Utilize market insights to enhance product positioning. 

• Lead, mentor and cultivate a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. 

• Oversee successful product launches for New Product Introductions (NPI).  

• Establish key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary. 

• Facilitate project and partnerships discussions through collaborations efforts. 

• Plan and execute Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management strategy to grow and influence scientific community. 

• Implement and drive an omnichannel strategy to generate leads generation and improve access to prospects. 

• Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve strategic goals. 

• Execute sales improvement processes to enhance sales optimization and customer coverage. 

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 

• Over 10+ years of experience in sales or commercial marketing within life sciences, pharmaceutical or medical device industry. 

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends. 

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with ability to collaborate across various functions. 

• Customer-focused mindset with commitment as scientific partner for customers. 

• Resilient with ability to work under pressure.
