hat You Do

  • Installation & Validation/Qualification.
    • Install and perform validation/qualification services for BioMonitoring instruments.
    • Ensure availability of correct consumables/materials for installations and validations.
    • Adhere to established standards and protocols during system installation and validation.
    • Advise customers on Pharma standard and GMP.
    • Be an expert on validation and related topics.
    • Support APAC Country on site.
  • Reporting & Scheduling
    • Provide timely and accurate service reports.
    • Schedule servicing and follow-up calls promptly and appropriately.
    • Responsive with customer requests.
  • Meetings & Representation
    • Attend company and departmental meetings, exhibitions, seminars, sales conferences, and training courses as required.
  • Asset & Equipment Management
    • Maintain company equipment and ensure security of all assets including laptops, mobile phones, sample stock, and literature.
    • Monitor and maintain all the calibrators.
  • Sales & Promotion
    • Promote and sell service contracts, IOQ services, and consumables.
    • Accountable for Validation Products technically and commercially.
    • Support the Sales Team when required.
  • Team & Partner Support
    • Manage and support the local team and third-party service providers.
    • Provide instrument training to dealers and internal/external staff as necessary.
  • CRM & Business Development
    • Maintain and update the Installed Base records.
    • Provide and update opportunities/leads in SFDC to support BioMonitoring business growth.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Ensure accuracy and punctuality in business administration, including personal expense reporting in line with company guidelines.
  • Customer Support
    • Deliver technical support and training to customers in the field.
    • Align with team objectives to support organizational development.
  • Event Support
    • Assist in exhibitions and product demonstrations as needed.

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a related area.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Microbiology, QA/QC, Validation or related experience in GMP Pharmaceutical/Pharma manufacturing.
  • Energetic and driven, with a focus on developing innovative ideas.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong presentation and training skills.
