Your Role:

 

The role of a Regional Field Service Business Operation is crucial for ensuring that the operational aspects of service delivery are effectively managed and optimized. Key responsibilities typically include but are not limited to:

  • Driving Business Growth: This involves identifying opportunities for expanding services, enhancing market presence, and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Optimizing Operational Efficiency: The Business Operation will analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement continuous improvements to streamline operations. This may include leveraging technology and best practices to enhance productivity.
  • Enhancing Customer Satisfaction: Understanding customer needs and ensuring that services meet or exceed expectations is vital. This role may involve gathering customer feedback and making necessary adjustments to service delivery.
  • Collaboration with partners: The role often requires working closely with cross-functional teams, providing support and ensuring that all departments are aligned with operational goals.
  • Tracking Performance KPIs: Monitor and track our operations performance to ensure service revenues are on track, workload and resources availability, on time service contract renewal, ensuring that spending are within allocated budgets.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with field service operations and knowledge on service contracts
  • Strong communication, detailed oriented and problem-solving skills
  • Some experience on SFDC, Tableau and data analytics
  • Ability to work across cultures teams
