Your Role:

The Senior Specialist Supply Chain will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain processes to support business operations and ensure a positive customer experience. This includes planning and replenishing stock, monitoring stock in transit, handling backorders and overdue purchase orders, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency for daily activities.

 

What You Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end supply chain processes for the allocated portfolio, including purchasing, planning, and replenishment of stock, monitoring stock in transit, and managing backorders and overdue purchase orders.
  • Work closely with overseas production and distribution centers to ensure service levels are met.
  • Lead Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) discussions with commercial teams on forecasting and inventory planning for the allocated portfolio.
  • Investigate, analyze, design, and simplify existing processes to optimize efficiency for daily activities.
  • Set, maintain, and review planning parameters to ensure optimal inventory levels in alignment with the company's global supply chain targets.
  • Analyze and provide insights on KPI scorecard tracking for Backorders, On-Time In-Full (OTIF), and Fill Rate leveraging business intelligence tools.
  • Provide support as local key users on identified system platforms of expertise and ownership for system implementation and testing.
  • Implement and lead process improvement projects within the supply chain team and across functions.
  • Maintain a professional outlook, demonstrating respect, initiative, and commitment towards internal and external suppliers and customers, and liaise closely with all stakeholders to satisfy internal customer needs.
  • Continuously develop personal skills through internal company training or approved external divisional training courses.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field with 8 years relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI).
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP and/or Oracle preferred.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as macro programming, Power Automate, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be an advantage.
