The Role

 

As the Business Unit Head - Neurology, Immunology you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategy, sales, and PnL of the business. Your responsibilities will also extend to building for the future by expanding customer relationships and preparing for new launches. It will be essential to secure cross-functional cooperation and coordination at both the national and international levels. Furthermore, you will be an integral part of the leadership team, actively contributing to defining and implementing strategic and managerial choices for our company. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to drive our culture internally and externally and lead, manage, and develop people effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Full responsibility of N&I franchise regarding objectives setting, strategies definition, customer plans development and implementation, and outcome
  • Contribute, through participation in the Mid-EU forum, to the monitoring / direction and implementation of Franchise strategy. Close collaboration with other colleagues at Nordic Cluster
  • Secure launch readiness for new products
  • Drive and secure cross-functional cooperation and coordination in all actions with a particular focus on Medical Affairs and Market Access (national and regional). Support the medical expert and regional access manager in the implementation of the franchise strategy and plans.
  • Perform market and trends analysis in regular basis and adapt plans accordingly.
  • Develop added value programs that generate impact in our customers and patients.
  • Develop long-term quality relationship with customers through high level of professionalism and best practices.
  • Active participation in Country Leadership meetings providing analysis and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the identification of talents, development plans for teams and definition of succession plans.

 

Who you are:

 

  • Master of Science in related field, preferably including business/marketing studies.
  • Fluency both written and spoken in English and Danish.
  • Customer and patient focused, with clear attention on the impact we generate.
  • Curious and innovative, challenge our own thinking and the status quo, press for better approaches.
  • Ability to focus on what matters most first, simplifying unnecessary processes.
  • Continuous setting of high standards and the drive to deliver best quality of services and processes.  
  • Extensive pharmaceutical and Neurology experience in commercial or medical roles, including full time marketing roles.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience with the ability to co-ordinate and drive activities involving cross-functional teams, including international teams.
  • Accountable and results oriented.
  • Strategic communication and professional marketing skills.
  • PnL management experience.
