The Role:

 

As part of the Process Solutions Commercial organization, you are part of the Customer Applications team responsible for the Downstream Processing (DSP) portfolio, specifically supporting and driving complex projects related to purification, aseptic BioPharm Materials

 

 As part of this team, you are leveraging your technical expertise in Downstream processing to effectively drive sales and optimize the customer experience. You contribute to the EMEA Customer Applications DSP budget (and beyond) with the objective of meeting or exceeding the yearly target. 

You will partner with the Technical Applications Consultants, MSAT and Account managers to develop technology focused strategies to drive complex DSPprojects within EMEA Nordic and Baltic areas

 

Other key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Drive and lead new business opportunities, focusing on complex projects, in conjunction with all stakeholders. 

  • Optimizing processes and tools for a successful implementation of complex DSP projects. 

  • Ensure successful co-ordination of regional marketing programs in your territory.

Who You Are
 

  • Capable of coaching his/her sales partners to develop commercial & technical knowledge of DSP products and application areas.

  • Put the customer needs in the centre of his/her work and his/her teamwork, related to our focused business areas.

  • Capable of interacting and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders (inside and outside)

  • Influencer within his/her regional customer facing team.

  • Recognized industry expert with a minimum of 7-10 years practical, hands-on experience in the biotech/pharm industry.

  • Experience with biological & pharma production across modalities including, but not limited to, mAbs, ADCs, vaccines, small molecule, mRNA, Cell and/or Gene therapy.

  • Proven experience in managing complex and dynamic projects with a variety of key stakeholders.
