Your Role:

Promote Cardiometabolic & Endocrinology Franchise portfolio

Demonstrated strong management of relationship with HCPs, prescribers, and other customers on individual and group level

Collect and capture data on customer needs, engagement preferences and actively listen to customer input and feedback

Implement marketing and sales strategy in line with company plan and Drive sales performance
-
Planning and recording the visits in company CRM system in line with requested frequency of visits by segment of customers

Manage field activity to achieve sales results and specified targets

Contribute to planning and coordination of process at national and regional level -congresses, workshops, regional HCP meetings in line with the marketing strategy

Actively leading regional monthly performance meetings

Fully respecting Merck ethics and compliance rules
Who you are:
-
University level of professional qualifications in pharmaceutical or medical science, or economy, or business, or equivalent
-
Approximately 2+ years of professional experience at a similar position, will be considered an advantage
-
Demonstrated strong sales performance

Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Word, Excel, Internet, etc.

Valid driving license (category B)
