Your role:

 

We are looking for a skilled colleague with previous experience from the pharma industry in oncology to join our commercial team in Sweden. Our company has a strong pipeline in oncology with both new indications and new products on the horizon. The purpose of this role is to drive and execute on our portfolio primarily focusing on Urothelial Carcinoma (UC) Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) and Lung Cancer. You will develop and execute on tactics to drive sales in your accounts. You will identify and drive initiatives together with healthcare partners that truly fulfil the needs of caregivers and patients and cultivate meaningful relationships with relevant stakeholders. You will lead in-field key account management activities in scope to ensure sales targets are achieved and contribute to the image of our company in the field of oncology. You will develop and execute the commercial activities and generate insights to the cross-functional team. Collaboration, leadership, customer centricity and a future-oriented mindset are keywords of this opening. Are you curious and does it resonate with your profile and ambition? Who you are:

 

· You have a healthcare or business educational background with at least 5 years of sales experience from the pharma industry in oncology.

· You have previously experience from being part of launching oncology products, and you have existing relationships with key oncology stakeholders.

· Specific experience in the area of Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC), Urothelial Carcinoma (UC) and Lung Cancer is considered an asset.

· You are a true team player, self-driven with sound presentation and communication skills. You have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while maintaining focus.
