Your Role: An opportunity has arisen to join our company as a Head of Supply Network Operations ANZ. You will be part of our global healthcare company where your primary responsible would be overseeing and managing Australia and New Zealand´s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition, you will also play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with third parties and internal and external customers. You would also play a key role in efficiently and strategically maximizing the growth of the country by mitigating the risks and unforeseen challenges. As a Head you must assure that global GDP, local manufacturing management, local policies and regulatory requirements including EHS are implemented. Moreover, ensure that compliance, cost control and high-quality standards in daily operations are followed to provide our medicines / devices to our patients and customers.

 

Who you are:

  • Master’s degree in accounting and Finance, or Supply Chain Management / Logistics
  • Previous experience of over 10 years within the local Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry supply chain
  • Experience as a lead role in functional or operational strategies with proven analytical and strategic thinking, exposure to APAC projects would be advantageous
  • Expertise of being consistent in an unstable and complex environment, demonstrated experience supporting and driving team results within a productive work environment
  • Demonstrate ownership for a team and collaboration impacting a business field, Demonstrated customer / supply centric behaviors and experience, knowledge of Good Distribution Practices
  • Proficient in several logistics/database systems (e.g. SAP, local ERP, MDGM) with the ability to embrace and learn new technology
  • Profound-excellent knowledge in Supply Chain, Warehousing and Distribution, in combination with advanced business industry experience
  • Strong people management background and experience in leading multiple teams
  • Experience in forecasting methodologies and Inventory management would be advantageous
