Your Role:

As a Senior Brand Manager within the Oncology Business Unit, you will drive the strategic marketing direction and lead the development, implementation, and execution of operational plans that optimize sales targets and market share in Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver operational plans, manage brand finance and budgets, and develop key promotional campaign materials. Your role includes interacting with customer groups to gather insights, managing effective agency partnerships, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and ethical standards. You will also partner with the sales force and KAMs to drive opportunities, manage patient access programs, and liaise with global and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing strategies.

 

Who You Are:

You are a highly experienced marketing professional with a minimum of 7-10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 3-5 years in a product management capacity. You hold tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or Sciences, and possess strong skills in implementing omni-channel digital strategies. Your background includes oncology or rare disease experience, and you have a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful product launches. You are computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and develop strategic marketing plans is complemented by your commitment to company values such as Respect, Transparency, Achievement, Responsibility, Courage, and Integrity.
