YOUR ROLE 

 

  1. Lead and direct the activities of the Asia Fleet team to ensure compliance with DG/PV regulatory requirements and EH&S requirements.
  2. Responsible for the routine and daily management activities and conduct project management, continuous improvements project, define the annual fleet maintenance budget and continuous improvement to achieve the target
  3. Developing Asian Fleet engineering and maintenance capabilities. He / She will be involved in developing our inspection, repair and maintenance infrastructure, identify the consumable spare parts and develop fleet maintenance capacity according to the business strategy of PM. Also conduct assessments and audit periodically to all of garage in region to make sure the practice conforming to company policy and standard.
  4. Playing a key role in the development of Bulk Container manufacturing strategy. This position will also be interfacing with Regional or National safety and regulatory organizations on projects that can impact our activities favorably.
  5. Develop and deploy latest preventive maintenance programs to sustain the highest standard on safety, reliability and productivity. The large quantities of consumable spare parts relating to ISO tanks, MEGCs, cylinders, containers, valves and accessories etc.
  6. The fleet maintenance will be an integrated part of SAP platform, make sure all of activities to be consistent with SAP system e.g. fleet PM program and work process. He / She need work closely with operations to maintain the fleet equipment with good condition for reliable products supply. He / She will act as a liaison point between Asia and Global Fleet Service manager to deploy the procedure and working process, improve productivities, champion the change and continuous improvement and work process consistently.
  7. Identify the problem and solve the problems of the safety, reliability, cost and productivities. The primary role of this position will have broad impact on the PM business, including processes aimed at reducing supply chain costs while improving customer service levels.
  8. Provide technical and troubleshooting support to ensure all PM containers and accessory devices are operating and functioning properly.
  9. Review and update Fleet technical, maintenance and operation documentation.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  1. 5+ years’ experience in containers managing, manufacturing and maintenance fields.
  2. B.S./M.S.in Mechanical Engineering or Science
  3. Expertise in ESG container development, manufacture, maintenance and cleanliness treatment of portable equipment throughout the Asia region. Make the right container available for fill when required to support our business, maintain fleet equipment at good condition and through effective preventive maintenance program so as to achieve industry leadership with respect to safety, regulatory compliance, reliability of products supply and cost effectiveness.
  4. Prefer working knowledge of DOT / IMDG DG Transportation Regulations. Should be familiar with ASME, EN, GB, JIS, KGSC and CGA codes and good industry practices. Prior experience with the developing and sustaining strong preventative and predictive maintenance programs is preferred.
  5. Knowledge of work process management and project management capabilities.
