Your Role-

PURPOSE

Production and ensure that production fulfills sales orders within acceptable timelines and comply with all operation SOP.

NATURE AND SCOPE

• Focuses in 4MS process, and monitor production system, and troubleshooting the production issue as soon as possible.
• Executes daily job independently. Executes modification plan for CI or any project and fulfills safety rules in the working area and around the life. Makes SPC form every month, checks quality of product tally with product specification every day.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Keep operation safety on the highest standard.
• Comply with EH&S guidance for operation and train operators to be involved in various activities such as APT, near miss. Join in monthly safety meeting.
• Make sure operation to meet local regulation especially legal fields from EPB, LIO
• Support daily operation and plant startup & shutdown including troubleshooting and plant maintenance.
• Notice about issues as quality, safety and customer request.
• Make sure quality of products under UCL and customer’s OOC.
• Reporting any issues for production and raw materials.
• Reporting for products analysis.
• Discover that key point to avoid issues of quality and process.
• Participate in or conduct CI activities to enhance process and to reduce wastes by 6 sigmas, Stable ops and etc.
• Input incident data on ITS in order to track action items on a network and follow up those in due date
• Follow up action items from plant audits conducted by internal or external departments
• Review production plan and monitor product quality
• Review process with relevant engineers or operators in case of modification or troubleshooting.
• Schedule operators’ training by outer educational organization which complies with local regulations.
• Production capacity calculation and verification.
• Provide ESG Manager monthly/ quarterly report to Plant manager.
• Conduct the ship inspection of raw material.
• Make raw material and product receiver storage under control.
• Monitor the ventilation flow and switching time (each month)
• Execute heels recovery and analysis.
• Complete any daily, monthly, quarterly and annual inspections or reports.
• Regular complete testing safety relief valves, scales, ventilation and fire equipment.
• ​​​​​​​Check SAP&WINLIMS systems to ensure the data accuracy.
• Assist PMO team in completing the inspection of CSS to enhance equipment reliability.
• Assist instrument manager in completing the inspection plans to enhance instruments reliability.
• Follow up the annual ER trainning plans.
• Support supervisors to finish BSP and carry it out.
• Monitor production OOC and find out relevant implementation to solve problems.
• Periodically review eMOC about equipment and facilities. Modify the related documents to match the actual situation when eMOC got modification.
• Note public gas usage and replace when shortage.
• Comply with annual equipment maintenance schedules.
• Take & Make samples of raw material and product. Have samples get analysis.
• Use proper PPE in any case of operation, especially in cleanroom.
• Go EMOC of operational documents such as SOP, P&ID, relevant production sheets as well that need to get revise.
• Ship metal & chloride samples to third party certifying authority for analysis.
• Properly deal with waste acid and 4MS waste liquid, keep them in specified area as well.
