YOUR ROLE-

This Business Analyst Role is the CRM representative of Semiconductor Business Units. The role requires  interaction with multiple key stakeholders including: IT teams, other BU representatives, BU management, CRM key users and internal CE team members. This role is the contact point to the SFDC CRM sytem and  takes the responsibility for the oversight, planning, monitoring, maintenance and control of the CRM to ensure that it supports the organization to deliver on strategic objectives. The role is an important player to enhance standard process of ELEC, guardian of process standardization and be assertive to reject on customizations that can break the sustainability of ELEC CRM KPI and processes.

Key activities include:

  • Project management of any new requirement / changes to the CRM in collaboration with BU teams
  • Lead and support business analytics related improvements around CRM
  • Administration of permissions and user management (including licenses)
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards and be the point of contact for (key) users on supporting request
  • Requires a good understanding of sales operations processes and analytics
  • Contribute actively in any CRM related projects where relevant
  • Communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Communicate future salesforce releases and enhancements
  • Manage key user community and engage key users whenever possible in advance when there is a new process / change coming up for the organization
  • Ensure data stored and captured are clean and accurate
  • Ensure the organization (data provider / analyst) have the same understanding of terms and KPIs
  • Create training modules and documentations and provide training to teams, including keeping materials up-to-date
  • Work flexibly in response to organizational change and development of best practice
  • Work during unsocial hours are required to meet the needs of work

 

Who you are-

  • Bachelors of Science &/or Bachelors in Business Administration
  • MBA Preferred
  • MS Office Proficiency
  • Salesforce.com Experience preferred
