Your Role

• Shape the work that the Center of Excellence team will execute against and drive the planning and execution of future improvements that meet the business needs

• Understand strategic plan deployment and current state and desired future state KPI’s for the business

• Work with CF Heads & leadership to formulate improvement plans to close the gaps, Facilitates business process management and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Guides project leaders and teams through application of lean six sigma tools and techniques (DMAIC, PDCA, root cause analysis, risk assessment/FMEA, kaizen, design for six sigma, mistake proofing);

• Coaches and mentors’ COE peers and participate in daily problem-solving activities with focus on knowledge transfer.

• Constantly seeks to identify, share and facilitate adoption of best practices to eliminate waste and improve performance

• Must be able to prioritize multiple projects, perform complex tasks, organize and follow through consistently and work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Drives COE process management and helps to ensure all sites have installed and are effectively practicing business processes

• Extract data from various databases; perform exploratory data analysis, cleanse, massage, and aggregate data

• Leverage deep research skills to test hypotheses and draw insights to support our goal of being industry-leading and resource-efficient.

• Use predictive modeling, regression analysis and other statistical analysis tools to evaluate data and form conclusions/projections

• Apply basic statistical concepts and descriptive statistics to understand and describe relationships in data

• Build predictive models and complex descriptive analytics, clustering, and process-based analysis

Who You Are

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline required; advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) preferred.

Experience

• 10+ years in Continuous Improvement (CI) and process management, with 5+ years leading multi-site CI programs in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experienced in engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels globally.
• Skilled in strategic planning and data visualization (e.g., Tableau).

Competencies & Skills

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Adept in multidisciplinary business applications and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in statistical analysis, data modeling, and database exploration.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable process improvements and cost reductions.
• Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma tools and DMAIC methodology to solve business challenges.
