Job Description:
As the Sales Head for the Pharma and IVD segments, you will be responsible for managing accounts within these segments and driving the growth of sales and other financial targets.
Your Role:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Responsible for annual and quarterly sales target achievement, acquisition and management of the opportunity pipeline, and converting acquired leads into future opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with assigned accounts and other stakeholders in the segment, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborative Sales Activities: Engage in sales activities in collaboration with the Solution Scientist. This includes communicating the value of our products and services, introducing related products and innovations, and proposing technical solutions.
- Market Intelligence Sharing: Share market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights with internal professionals.
- Strategic Growth Planning: Develop mid to long-term growth plans for the segment in collaboration with Segment Marketing.
- Team Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Leadership Role: Act as a role model and member of the Science and Lab Solutions Commercial Taiwan Leadership Team.
Who You Are:
Education Level:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s or higher degree preferred, in science, business administration, or a related field.
Working Experiences:
- Over 5 years of sales and marketing experience.
- Experience in life science-related products and the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., R&D, QA/QC) is a plus.
- Over 3 years of experience managing a team.
- Experience in matrix organizations and multinational companies is a plus.
Professional Skills:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and mentor staff members.

- Customer-centric and collaborative mindset. Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.
