Job Purpose:

Formulate and execute strategies to ensure sales and business objectives in the assigned territory are met as well as enhance leadership skills.

 

Your Role
- Achieve sales and business objectives in the assigned territory (North Areas) by determining and implementing strategies consistent with company goals.

Who You Are
-Strategically defining/targeting customer segments, establishing goals, and tracking progress within each segment, including identifying and developing strategies for key accounts/ customers to support territory planning.
-Clearly understanding and identifying customer needs and value drivers aligned to product/service benefits, supported by communication and engagement to influence decision-making
