Job Purpose
(Senior) Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, market share, and revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet market needs while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Your Role
Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Gather insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.

2. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for new and existing products.
- Set measurable goals and objectives for marketing initiatives.

3. Product Launch:
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate with R&D, sales, and other departments to facilitate successful market entry.

4. Campaign Development:
- Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data analysis.

5. Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Develop brand strategies to enhance brand equity and recognition.

6. Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and industry stakeholders.
- Organize educational events and presentations to support product promotion.

7. Compliance & Regulations:
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes.

8. Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Prepare reports on marketing expenditures and ROI.

9. Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Provide training on marketing best practices and compliance
Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or related industries; Marketing experience preferred.

Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and product launches preferred
