Job Purpose

(Senior) Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, market share, and revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet market needs while adhering to regulatory requirements.

 

Your Role

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Market Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Gather insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • 2. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for new and existing products.
    • Set measurable goals and objectives for marketing initiatives.
  • 3. Product Launch:

    • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Coordinate with R&D, sales, and other departments to facilitate successful market entry.
  • 4. Campaign Development:

    • Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data analysis.
  • 5. Brand Management:

    • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
    • Develop brand strategies to enhance brand equity and recognition.
  • 6. Customer Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and industry stakeholders.
    • Organize educational events and presentations to support product promotion.
  • 7. Compliance & Regulations:

    • Ensure all marketing activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards.
    • Stay updated on industry regulations and changes.
  • 8. Budget Management:

    • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
    • Prepare reports on marketing expenditures and ROI.
  • 9. Team Leadership:

    • Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
    • Provide training on marketing best practices and compliance

 

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or related industries; Marketing experience preferred.

  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and product launches preferred

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in data analysis and marketing software/tools.

  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
