Your Role:
Managing a portfolio of existing and prospective customers, you will identify business opportunities, expand customer relationships, and develop account strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets. Working closely with DxRM Specialists and cross-functional teams, you will increase share of wallet, develop new opportunities, and support customers across R&D, quality, manufacturing, and procurement functions.
Using a consultative sales approach, you will engage with scientific, technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders to understand customer challenges, ensure supply continuity, and deliver value-driven solutions. As part of a global organization, you will help customers accelerate innovation and bring products and technologies to market more efficiently.
Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years of field-based B2B sales or account management experience serving customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CMO, semiconductor, medical device, laboratory, or testing sectors.
- Proven experience across the full product development and manufacturing value chain.

Strong understanding of scientific workflows, testing methodologies, and customer requirements within regulated markets.

Proficiency in CRM systems and commercial processes, including quotations, contracts, tenders, and RFP management.
- Track record of accurate forecasting (target ±5-7%) and quota achievement (2–3x quota pipeline generation)

Fluent in German and English, with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently within a field-based sales environment.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a multicultural environment
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Southern Germany and Austria (approximately 60%) and possession of a valid driver's license.
