Job Title: Group Manager Lung Cancer Marketing

Position:

Group Manager Lung Cancer Marketing

Major Responsibilities:

• Be fully in charge of Lung Cancer franchise, including financial targets and OPEX
• Lead strategy for Lung Cancer portfolio, including preparation for upcoming launch
• Lead execution of strategy and tactics in close collaboration with field force and strategic planning
• Guide direct reports in creating launch plan and promotional campaigns
• Develop KTL (KOL) engagement plan and ensure flawless execution, collaborating with specialty engagement.
• Build excellent understanding of disease area, competitive landscape, and help educating other parts of the organization.
• Effectively utilize digital channels, collaborating with the BTS (Business Technology and Solutions) team.
• Manage external and internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional integration
• Manage communication with global/headquarter on strategy and tactics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 8-years of industry and 5-year Product Management experience in a Pharmaceutical company in Japan
• Leadership experience with direct reports
• Oncology marketing experience preferred
• Experience in new product launch preferred
• Strong financial and budgeting skills
• Strong cross-functional collaborator
• High level of independency, pro-activity and ownership
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese (required) and English (preferred)
