YOUR ROLE

As the Head of Global Biotech Manufacturing (GBM) Japan, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end supply chain for our biotech products. Your key responsibilities will include managing demand and supply planning, coordinating procurement of raw materials, and leading production and capacity planning efforts. You will also supervise packaging and visual inspection operations, ensuring that all processes align with our commitment to quality and efficiency. This role is crucial in building and sustaining strategic partnerships with suppliers and wholesalers, ultimately driving timely delivery and operational excellence. The purpose of this role is to solve the challenges of supply chain management and operational efficiency, contributing to the company's mission of delivering innovative healthcare solutions.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in biotech manufacturing.
• You possess a university degree in supply chain management, technical, or business management.
• You are APICS CSCP certified and have a proven track record of leadership in multinational settings.
• You demonstrate exceptional analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
• You excel in project management and have successfully implemented process improvements.
• You are fluent in both Japanese and English, enabling effective communication in a diverse environment.
• You are a team player who values collaboration, empathy, and integrity in all interactions.
• You have a customer-oriented mindset, consistently striving to exceed expectations and build strong relationships.
