Job Title: IT Infrastructure Service Expert 

Job Location: Tokyo Japan 

Job Responsibilities: 
 

職務内容:
1. ネットワーク:
ケーブル設置プロジェクトを管理・監督し、品質基準と運用要件を満たすようにします。
主に静岡サイトでのネットワークインフラの実装、運用、保守を監督し、他の関連場所にも対応します。
パフォーマンスを監視し、トラブルシューティングを行うことで、ネットワークシステムの安定性と効率性を確保します。
2. サーバーとストレージ:
適切なシステム更新を行いながら、Windowsサーバーとストレージを維持します。
ビジネスニーズに応じたシステムの移行、交換、または新規導入プロジェクトに従事します。
データバックアップと復旧を通じてビジネスの継続性を確保し、災害復旧計画にも関与します。
システムを文書化、管理、監視し、正確な状態を維持します。
効果的なエスカレーションアプローチを用いて、トラブルシューティングと原因の特定を行います。

必要なスキルと知識:
強力な問題解決能力とトラブルシューティングスキル。
仮想化およびクラウド技術に関する知識。

経験:
ITインフラストラクチャーにおける5年以上の経験、特にITネットワーク管理およびサーバー運用の経験。
ベンダー管理およびプロジェクト管理の実績が高く評価されます。
ITチケッティングシステムの経験があれば尚良し。
資格:
CCNA（必須）またはCCNP（望ましい）
日本の運転免許（必須）
ITIL（望ましい）

言語:
日本語ネイティブスピーカー（必須）
ビジネスレベルの英語スピーカー（望ましい）

出張:最大20%（静岡、福島）

システム更新などで週末や夜間の勤務が年1～2回あります
