Job Description for Payroll Specialist
担当業務
- 給与・賞与の準備、給与ベンダーから納品された計算結果のチェック
6社1300人の社員の給与を3名で担当
- 勤怠管理、およびベンダーへの給与連携
- 個人情報変更ワークフローシステムの管理
- 引当金を含む、経理提出レポートの作成とレビュー
- エキスパットや海外赴任者の給与支払い
- 社会保険料の精査及び支払いデータレビュー
- 社内・社外監査のための情報や書類の準備
- 社員からの問い合わせの対応(社内システム使用)
- 担当者としての給与・福利厚生関連のプロジェクトへの参加
- 外部のベンダーや社内の関連部署とのコミュニケーション
- 海外の担当チームとのコミュニケーション
- その他、給与業務全般
求める経験やスキル
- 5年以上の給与計算業務経験
- 2、3年以上の勤怠管理の経験または知識
- 給与関連の監査対応経験(資料作成のみも含む)
- 給与業務に必要な日本の法律の一般的な知識
- 給与関連のプロジェクト参加経験があれば尚可
- 担当業務を遂行する責任感があること
- 積極的かつ柔軟な考え方を持っていること
- 自立した考え方や、オーナーシップを持てること
- 業務の変更についての企画立案をする能力
- 日本語(ネイティブ)、英語(中級以上)
- 給与業務に必要なMS Officeのスキル
現在の構成 7名 (マネージャー含まず)
給与& 福利厚生担当者 5名 派遣社員 2名
Job Description for R2P Analyst
Key Responsibility
- Prepare Payroll data and review payroll calculation result
- Manage Time and Attendance System and Review Time & Attendance record for payroll
- Create and Review Finance Report including accrual data
- Prepare information and documents for internal and external authorities for audit purposes
- Handling employee inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool)
- Actively participate to the Payroll & Benefits project
- Work closely with HR Business partner, Finance, General Affairs and other stake holders.
Required Skill
- +3-5 years of relevant experience of Payroll or Benefits
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Proactive and flexible mindset
- Independent and take owner ship
- Ability to design / amend service processes
- General knowledge of Japan Labor Laws and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese
- Basic English communication skill
- Advanced PC skill (Excel, Word, Power Point)

- 1 Manager, 5 Payroll and Benefits Admin, 2 Haken staff
