この役割は、CRMシステム、SQLデータベース、S3データレイク、およびその他のAWSサービスおよびBIツールをデータの中枢として管理・運用し、企業全体の生産性向上に貢献します。


この役割は、以下の機能を含む商業および医療データ管理の中枢となります。

会社の商業データオペレーションおよび将来の強化戦略を主導
ビジネス要件をサポートするためのデータ収集の設計と計画を担当
あらゆる目的のビジネス分析のために、データの入手可能性、正確性、詳細への注意、および品質を確保
内部ステークホルダーに対し、データ分析および可視化のためのツール/リソースを提供
会社のデータベースおよびその他のデータ保管リソースを管理
使用中のBIツールの開発、強化、およびメンテナンスを含むBIツールの管理

企業の商業データベースを運用するために、技術要件が満たされることを確認するためにITと連携する
 


This role manages and operates the CRM system, SQL database, S3 Data lake and other AWS services and BI tools as a data command center and contributes to the productivity improvement of the entire company.

This role is the center of command for Commercial and Medical data management involving the following functions:

  • Leads company’s commercial data operations and strategy for future enhancements
  • Is responsible for data collection design and planning to support business requirements.
  • Ensures data availability, accuracy with attention to details, and quality for business analytics of all purposes.
  • Provides internal stakeholders with tools/resources for data analysis and visualization.
  • Manages company’s database and other data storage resources.
  • Manages BI tools, including development, enhancements, maintenance of tools in use
  • Coordinates with global counterparts to ensure alignment in data strategy

 

Key tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Plans future enhancements, implementations of new data management scheme for future business requirements, including:
    • Proposal of optimal CRM functions / tools
    • Implementation of Veeva functions with a focus on ROI
    • Negotiation with vendor for contracts / services including cost aspects.
    • Proposal of data provision tool
    • Related documentation

 

  • Manages operations of existing Commercial/Medical data systems, relational database, and BI tools:
    • Veeva CRM maintenance / local support for Global Veeva Vault
    • Data cleansing of commercial data
    • Support of CRM users
    • Implementation of optimal Veeva data structure for business needs

 

  • Ensures data availability and accuracy for business analysis of all purposes
  • Planning for future enhancements of data provisioning
  • Flexible system interface construction

 

  • Functions as a consultant for business units to decide data strategy which supports business objectives.

 

  • Leverages Global Infrastructure and tools where possible.

 

  • Provides internal stakeholders with all levels of data (raw data, calculated data, etc.) for business analysis.
    • Understands business needs and manage and map a wide variety of data
    • Builds governance and manages for push / pull types of data distribution
    • Creation and operation of reports and dashboards for long-term business needs such as KPI tracking

 

  • Works with IT to ensure technical requirements are fulfilled to run company commercial database.
