Our team is currently exploring new and innovative ways of delivering our services. We are looking for someone open to new ideas and challenges in the areas of document management and key performance indicators to support us in this adventure. We are the Global Quality Management Systems team within Merck Healthcare Quality (HCQ).

 As part of our team, you will join a culturally diverse team who are working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the compliance of documents and e- documentation system (ManGo and GALA).

 

Your  Role:

  • Support the team in management and approval of controlled documents in e-Systems.
  • Manage permissions to our electronic documentation systems (ManGo and GALA)
  • Verify data for updating the team’s various databases
  • Work within our intranet platform to maintain our data in an accurate state
  • Support in the development of training material (PowerPoint, video)
  • Research solutions to technical challenges and provide a digital mindset for daily activities.
  • Routinely support the team’s other various activities
  • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports on Documentation Key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Share your ideas! Support our vision!

 

Depending on your background and skills, you may be assigned additional tasks and projects.

 

Who you are:      

  • Student or recently graduated (< 3 years) with Quality, Administrative, IT or programming background preferred
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office: Advanced user in Excel and Power Bi package is a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (C1). Any other European language will be an asset.
  • Based in Spain (Reference site: Tres Cantos)
  • A team player.Full time availability.Customer oriented
