Your Role : Our team is currently exploring new and innovative ways of delivering our services. We are looking for someone open to new ideas and challenges in the areas of documentation management and key performance indicators to support us in this adventure. We are the Global Quality Processes Management team within Healthcare Quality (HCQ). As part of our team, you will join a culturally diverse team who are working closely with global cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the compliance of documents and documentation e-system. Tasks : Support users globally in management and approval of controlled documents .Manage permissions to our electronic documentation system.Verify and update the team’s various databases.Work within our intranet platform to maintain our data in an accurate state.Support in the development of training material (PowerPoint, video).Research solutions to technical challenges.Monthly and Quarterly reports on Documentation Key performance indicators (KPIs).Routinely support the team’s other various administrative activities
Your Role:
- Degree in Science, Pharmacy or IT with administrative, IT or programming background preferred
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office tools: Advanced user in Excel package, Power BI and Power Automate is a plus.Customer focused
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Any other European language will be an asset.
- Based in Spain (Reference site: Tres Cantos, Madrid).Full-time availability.A team player
