Your Role: As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for all maintenance operations of our facilities, utilities and equipment. At the same time, your role is key to create a safe and productive working environment while keeping high quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of maintenance procedures within the pharmaceutical industry.
In this role, you will have the responsibility of managing day-to-day maintenance operations, including both preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Your focus will be on developing and implementing maintenance procedures and protocols to maximize equipment and system performance and reliability. Collaborating with internal departments and external contractors, you will effectively schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime. Additionally, you create and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation while maintaining financial goals. Defining the spare parts inventory policy and overseeing the Spare Parts warehouse will also be part of your responsibilities. To foster a culture of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, you will provide training and supervision to the maintenance staff, supporting their ongoing skill development and knowledge enhancement.
Who you are:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience leading a Maintenance Team, preferably in the pharmaceuticals industry.
- You have strong experience and knowledge of maintenance best practices and RCM approach.
- You have strong leadership and management skills.
- Proficient in using maintenance management systems (preferably SAP).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- You are proficient in English.
