Your Role: As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing complex CAPEX projects from feasibility through qualification and validation within a Biotech manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, contractor strategies, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your ability to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements will be key to your success. You will develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, coordinating and leading teams to achieve project milestones. Regular project status meetings will be conducted to provide updates to stakeholders and address any issues or bottlenecks. Your expertise in monitoring project progress and identifying risks will help in developing effective mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

Who You Are:

·       You hold a degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

·       You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CAPEX project management within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

·       You possess strong knowledge of CAPEX project management methodologies and regulatory standards.

·       You are skilled in developing project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.

·       You have proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing contractors effectively.

·       You are an excellent communicator, capable of presenting detailed project reports to senior management.

·       You are proficient in project management software and tools.

·       You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
