Your Role: An exciting opportunity has opened with our Company. We are looking to hire a Procurement Manager for Africa within the Chief Administration Office. As a Procurement Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Regional key user for all procurement-related Enterprise Resource Planning tasks and processes.
• Coordinating with the purchase-to-pay ( P2P) team in all African countries to comply perfectly with the procurement process and SAP prerequisites
• Collaborating with the P2P team and the Manila center on all vendor creations and maintenance in full compliance with the global process
• Coordinating the Purchase Order process by creating major spend requests, controlling and adding correct information to approved purchase requests from all the legal entities and Representative offices in Africa to generate precise Purchase Orders.
• Managing the Purchase Orders follow-up and information accuracy to the finance department.
• Providing the suppliers with the Purchase Orders and contributing to the improvement of the Company/supplier relationship.
• Interface of ERP to local and global procurement-related platform implementation management and improvement.
• Evaluating the Supplier Performance according to the build contract
• Continuously improve the Supplier's terms and conditions as per the global guidelines for the best interest of the Company
• Collaborate with the Procurement Manager of the Region for cost savings & cost avoidance management projects

In this position, you will be reporting to the Africa Chief Administration Officer, in charge of Finance, IT, HR & Procurement

Who you are:

• You have a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain
• You are fluent in English, Arabic and French
• You have a level of Proficiency in using IT tools and MS Office
• You have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of Procurement or Purchase-to-pay in large organizations/ multinationals and 10 years of overall experience
• Preference for previous experience in Pharma companies and completion of Project Management certificate/ Project Management experience.
