Your Role:In your role as an Organoid Research Specialist based full-time in the Netherlands, you will be the driving force behind high-impact organoid studies for both internal and external projects. You will manage the entire study lifecycle, from setup to final readout, ensuring every experiment is executed "right-first-time" with absolute data integrity. You’ll spend your days establishing and maintaining patient-derived organoid cultures, analyzing results to support study conclusions, and troubleshooting technical variability. Beyond the bench, you will coach Research Associates on aseptic techniques and documentation discipline. Your work directly ensures that our innovative service department delivers high-quality data on time, helping us solve real-world research challenges through cutting-edge technology.Who You Are:-You hold an MLO with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an HLO/BSc/MSc in Life Sciences with approximately 3+ years of practical laboratory experience. 
-You have extensive hands-on experience with organoids or adult stem cells, including isolation and expansion. 
-You possess a proven track record of executing studies under time pressure within a service provider or similar fast-paced environment. 
-You are proficient in assay standardization and high-throughput screening, ensuring consistent results across workflows. 
-You have a strong ownership mindset with deep attention to detail regarding SOPs, data traceability, and audit-ready documentation. 
-You are an independent worker who collaborates effectively in cross-functional teams and possesses strong English communication skills. 
-You are currently based in the Netherlands and are able to work onsite full-time.
