This is a role based at our Utrecht offices full time.

 

YOUR ROLE

 

Join our high-energy screening team in the Netherlands as an Organoid Scientist, where you'll use cutting-edge 3D technology to solve real-world research challenges. Based at our central lab, you’ll lead internal and external projects from setup to final readout. You’ll be the hands-on expert managing patient-derived cultures and ensuring every study is executed with precision. Working in a tight-knit team of ten, you’ll focus on high-quality data that directly impacts drug discovery. We value growth here; you’ll start by mastering our core protocols and quickly move into mentoring junior staff, with a clear path toward senior technical leadership. If you love fast-paced lab work and want to see your efforts turn into meaningful scientific outcomes, this is the place for you.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences with 3+ years of biotech or pharma industry experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in cell culture, with a specific focus on 3D organoid models.
  • Proficiency in two or more techniques like viability screening, qPCR, ELISA, or flow cytometry.
  • Expert at following SOPs and maintaining audit-ready documentation and data integrity.
  • Highly organized and accountable, with the ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Fully fluent in English with the ability to summarize complex data into clear reports.
  • Currently based in the Netherlands and available to work on-site at our facility full-time.
