Your role:

 

Join our dynamic Compliance team as a Compliance Expert in Monitoring & Controls! You’ll play a crucial role in our Center of Expertise (CoE) for Compliance, reporting directly to the CoE Manager and Global AML Lead. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring compliance KPIs, setting up and maintaining new monitoring routines, and developing post-monitoring remediation plans. You’ll collaborate with IT tools, the global compliance community, and various stakeholders to ensure effective compliance practices. Additionally, you’ll handle internal reporting tasks and support ad hoc compliance projects. With a team of six based in Germany and Poland, you’ll have the chance to grow your skills and advance your career in a global environment focused on compliance excellence.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in consultancy (ideally Big 4), law firms, or compliance/internal audit in the Healthcare or Life Sciences sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a digital mindset; proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
  • Curious and proactive in assessing compliance routines for effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
  • Project management skills to plan tasks and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Experience in international environments, thriving in cross-cultural settings.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in German or other languages as a bonus.
  • Strong team player who takes ownership and is ready to tackle additional responsibilities when needed.
