This role can be done in a hybrid model, 3 days from the office in Warsaw 

Your Role:

In your role as a Country Medical Manager, you will act as a key scientific leader and people manager for our team in Poland. You will co-lead therapeutic area launch strategies and translate them into impactful medical tactics within your assigned territory. You will manage a team of Medical Science Liaisons, setting clear KPIs and mentoring them to ensure operational excellence. By building deep relationships with national KOLs and Patient Advocacy groups, you will gather critical market insights that enhance patient care. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access and Clinical Operations to support health economic data generation and trial site selection. From leading local publication processes to managing the medical budget, your work directly impacts our scientific reputation and clinical success.

 

Who You Are:

  • Background in life sciences / biology is required, advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) will be an advantage.
  • At least 7 years of MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in the local market.
  • Previous experience as a people manager or line manager is highly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in Rare Diseases, specifically within Oncology or Neuroscience, is a significant advantage.
  • Mastery in presenting complex clinical and scientific information to diverse healthcare stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical research methodology, GxP, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Native-level Polish and fluency in English are essential for local and regional collaboration.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to manage medical budgets and align territory plans with national goals.
