Your role:
As part of the Customer Excellence team for the Europe North-East of Surface Solutions, you take care of the entire Lead to Order and Order to Cash processes to ensure customer’s satisfaction. The Surface Solutions Business Unit is subject to a planned divestment to the company Global New Materials International (GNMI) as of August 1st 2025.This role will be part of the divestment. GNMI is headquartered in China. Surface Solutions is planned to become a standalone business under GNMI ownership. In this context, a fully-fledged, dedicated Finance function for Surface Solutions needs to be build-up.
Main tasks are amongst others, samples coordination, order entry, customer account maintenance, price & availability checks, management of your customers and Key Accounts.
You proactively communicate shipping dates and work on service complaints and sales inquiries. You are a key interface between our domestic customers in Poland and our internal stakeholders such as supply chain, logistics, sales and manufacturing sites. An eye for detail and a high dedication to quality and data accuracy make you an essential part of the customer experience with our company. Besides taking ownership of your day-to-day tasks, you are always looking for ways to optimize our processes and services and are eager to share these ideas with your team and management.
Who you are:
- Open & flexible mindset as well as able to successfully work in a global setup
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft Office and Customer Service or Commercial Support of min. 1 year
- Polish native speaker and fluent in English
- Familiarity with master data management principles or cash collection processes are a plus
