This role can be done in a hybrid model from Warsaw.

Your Role:
As part of the Digitalization & Process Excellence team within the Group Legal & Compliance function, you will deliver high-quality support within Legal Operations. Our team is dedicated to being the strategic partner for Legal & Compliance innovation. 
 

The Legal Operations Project Manager (Digitalization & Legal Tech) has responsibility for the management of processes & projects that are driving technology in the legal organization forward. The main focus of the IT legal project management role is the management and continuous improvement of existing legal tech processes and monitoring of those via a Governance process. You will work with various stakeholders from the businesses, and group functions (focus on IT) to deliver objectives on-time and in budget.

You will gain an understanding of legal and business requirements to be able to understand dependencies and to prioritize and drive cross-functional deliverables. One of your important focus area will be data – you will be responsible to identify, collect and provide insights on all data that can help to enable data-driven decisions. In addition, your focus on data will enable you to drive our company-wide Data Retention & Deletion Concept. A success factor is to closely collaborate with other business functions to achieve the best possible output. As part of Legal Operations, you will also support other legal-tech processes as backup. 

To be successful in this role you need to be a highly engaged and self-driven project professional with adequate background in IT, a strong sense of ownership and the ability to efficiently drive projects. You have a data-driven mindset and would like to drive technical innovation forward. You have proven experience of managing IT projects, budgets and resources independently and also like to “follow-up” on those projects with governance activities. Your ability to think conceptually, strategically and “see the full picture” is needed to successfully finalize your tasks. You have excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that will enable you to earn trust at all levels and across geographies including stakeholder management. 

Who You Are:

• Background in IT project management and/or legal department
• Ability as (IT) Project Leader (min. 2-3 years) to balance detail-oriented, operational tasks and big-picture, strategic thinking
• Digital mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills - affinity for data, KPIs, and IT systems
• Excellent presentation skills (presenting project outcomes to a large audience)
• Reliable self-starter with strong communication skills and the capability of working independently and as well as a team contributor
• Intercultural competence and excellent language proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of legal and compliance matters is a plus
