Your Role:

In your role as Medical Science Expert, you will serve as a trusted scientific partner to the medical community across Poland. You will focus on building lasting relationships with national and local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to facilitate a meaningful exchange of clinical information. You are the bridge between science and patient outcomes, gathering medical insights that shape our long-term strategy. You will lead key national medical projects, provide expert support at European congresses, and mentor newer team members. Your territory-based role involves collaborating with clinical operations to support trial sites and partnering with Market Access to share health economic data. You will provide clear, action-oriented responses to complex scientific inquiries while ensuring all activities align with our medical plans.

Who You Are:

• Background in life sciences / biology is required ,Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) will be an advantage. 
• At least 5 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL). 
• Proven track record in rare diseases; experience in oncology or neuroscience is a distinct advantage. 
• Native-level Polish and fluency in English are essential for local and European collaboration. 
• Expertise in communicating and presenting complex clinical data to diverse healthcare audiences. 
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional, international environment. 
• Experience in leading national medical projects and supporting investigator-initiated research. 
• Skilled in territory planning and aligning local activities with broader medical strategies.
