Your role:
Are you a seasoned professional in Clinical Data Management looking to take on a leadership role? We're seeking an experienced individual to join our dynamic team as the Senior Clinical Data Manager. you will be responsible for overseeing all Clinical Data Management (CDM) related activities. Your primary duties will include accountability for all Clinical Data Management related deliverables in trials or a program. Leading centralized data monitoring related activities and executing risk-based data collection and data cleaning strategies (including coding) for eCRF and external data within a clinical development program (Phase I-IV) for global or regional trials and/or programs with different complexity. You will be representing Clinical Data Management within the Core Trial Team and serving as key Global Development Operations point of contact for the DM related tasks in a trial/project/programEnsuring and tracking data quality of clinical database/deliverables (incl. CRF and non-CRF data) and submission readiness of the clinical data management deliverables and data packages (e.g. CDISC). We would also require performing project management (planning (timelines, resources), risk identification and management, status tracking, internal and external stakeholder management etc.) of all clinical data management related deliverables Performing oversight of CROs in the execution of Phase I – IV clinical trial(s).

Who you are:

  • You bring considerable (7+ years) experience in Clinical Data Management.
  • You have strong project management capabilities.
  • You have demonstrated ability to lead and oversee end-to-end data management activities within a clinical development program.
  • To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate skills in successfully leading international teams in a matrix organization and direct, influence and motivate people as well as contribute to a positive working climate.
  • You are committed to continuous professional development and bringing external insights to the role to further innovation and process improvements
  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences (e.g. biology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals), Mathematics, Computer Sciences or equivalent industry experience.
