Your Role:
Your expertise will support our commitment to ensuring the effective use of our medicinal products and delivering exceptional service.
If sharing information is your passion, join our customer facing team providing accurate and comprehensive medical and scientific information to answer product-related requests.
Provide answers based on standard response documents and on your own search in relevant resources. Interact at eye level with healthcare providers and find the right tone to respond to patients’ questions.
As part of our 2nd Level team, you develop, maintain, and update scientific content related to our product portfolio. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of inquiries and take a part in generating valuable insights into our customers’ needs.
If you enjoy a structured way of working in a regulated environment and dealing with people - join us at the interface to various internal and external stakeholders, supporting the alignment of our external communication with the overall Medical Strategy.

Who you are:
- Medical or scientific background (e.g. technician, pharmacist, nurse, scientist or qualification according to § 75 AMG)
- Strong scientific and empathic communication and writing skills in German and English
- Ability to adapt to different types of customers, explaining complex data within a regulated framework.
- Experience in database/literature searches and data analysis (e.g. Veeva, Embase, Qlik) as well as extraction of valid data for a specific question.
- Basic knowledge of pharma regulations (e.g. AMG, HWG).
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry and customer services preferred.
- Ideally knowledge in relevant therapeutic area, i.e. neurology, immunology.
