As a Pharmaceutical Sales Training Manager (all genders) you will have the exciting task of establishing a training infrastructure with a focus on our commercial field staff, implementing training programs, and supporting strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities include developing various training programs, coordinating external trainers, and contributing to change management within the GTM transformation, ensuring that our teams acquire the necessary competencies and skills for their roles. The position is office based at our headquarters in Weiterstadt.
 

Your role:

  • Establishing a training infrastructure
  • Developing onboarding plans
  • Selecting, onboarding and coordinating external trainers for sales as well as medical trainings
  • Implementing training for new and existing employees
  • Change management within the GTM transformation   
  • Developing and conducting basic training, administrator training, soft skills, and communication training
  • Continuous monitoring and localizing of relevant global/regional training programs
  • Moderating training and workshops
  • Implementing strategic initiatives and projects

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree with a scientific or business focus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (focus on sales, training, marketing)
  • Experience in working professionally with physicians
  • Convincing communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Leadership qualities
  • Scientific knowledge in our therapy areas
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good command of German and English required
  • Ideally, already holds a trainer qualification
