This role can be done in hybrid model: 2 days from Wroclaw office per week.

Your role:

As a Global Business Process Expert S2C, you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing our sourcing processes. Based in Wroclaw, Poland, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of Ariba S2C and Ledox tools. Your daily activities will include providing support to end-users, maintaining the Clause Library, and facilitating training sessions to boost team proficiency. You’ll also monitor tool performance, drive automation, and participate in global projects aimed at improving procurement workflows. This role offers you the chance to grow your career in process improvement and project management, with clear pathways for advancement within our organization.

Who you are:

Minimum 4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or purchasing operations.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP Ariba and Ledox.
Proven track record in process optimization and project management across diverse teams.
Experience in user training and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with procurement systems and sourcing tools, with a focus on automation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach to work.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multinational environment.
