Hybrid work model: 3 days per week from office in Wroclaw
YOUR ROLE:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant to the Hub Leader to join our team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As an Assistant to the Hub Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and maintaining a well-organized office environment. Main responsibilities include managing the Hub Leader’s calendar, ensuring optimal use of time by scheduling appointments, resolving meeting conflicts, and facilitating alternative arrangements as necessary.
You will also perform general clerical duties, assist in preparing meeting agendas and materials, and take minutes during meetings. Additionally, you will play a key role in organizing logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, while providing administrative support for new hire onboarding and participating in safety training initiatives. By actively engaging in projects driven by the Hub Leader and the leadership team, you will help drive process improvements and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Economics or a business-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a global work environment, ideally within Global Business Services (GBS), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or Shared Services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and utmost discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies and processes.
