Your role:
We are seeking a Business Process Expert for ERP Deployment with a strong background in SAP to join our Invoice to Cash (I2C) team. This role will focus on enhancing and optimizing the accounts receivable, credit management, collection, and dispute management processes through effective implementation and utilization of ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with SAP, including SAP FSCM, in driving process improvements and ensuring seamless integration of ERP systems. This role requires strong collaboration with the IT department and a proactive, organized, and independent approach to project support. You will support the deployment of ERP solutions related to the Invoice to Cash processes, focusing on SAP and SAP FSCM functionalities. You collaborate closely with IT and finance teams to gather requirements, define system configurations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Moreover you will assist in analyzing existing processes and identifying opportunities for harmonizing I2C processes. You will facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders and validate process designs during the ERP deployment phase.

Who you are:
4+ years of relevant work experience in finance/ SAP-module FI Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Cash collection, Dispute management and SAP FSCM.
6+ year deep understanding of operational finance/controlling aspects and requirements, ideally within pharmaceutical & chemical industry.
Project management skills and relevant certification is a plus.
Solid understanding of global I2C practices and processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong team-player and goal oriented with experiences in international work environment supplemented by intercultural competencies
Flexibility & willingness for regular business trips.
