This role can be done in a fully remote working model.

Your role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Signavio Business Process Management Enablement Lead to join our Process Intelligence. This role is crucial for driving consistency, governance, and collaboration in process modeling, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Standardization: Ensure consistent corporate taxonomy and modeling conventions across the organization to promote clarity and uniformity in process modeling. Governance: Implement frameworks for roles and processes that maintain quality and compliance in modeling, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards. Release Management: Coordinate the systematic management and communication of updates to process models, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Quality Assurance: Oversee processes to ensure that models are accurate, reliable, and meet the organization's requirements for operational excellence. Cross-Sector Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among various sectors to align and integrate modeling efforts, promoting a unified approach to process management.

 

Who you are:

  • Extensive experience with Signavio Suite. 
  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Management Frameworks. 
  • Proficiency in Signavio Platform design and configuration. 
  • Experience in configuring the Collaboration Hub to enhance team collaboration. 
  • Knowledge of interfacing applications such as LeanIX and ALM tools (optional). 
  • Expertise in Change Management practices, understanding of Corporate Finance principles.
  • Proven experience in business process management or a similar role. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
